This world needs stronger leaders.  And it applies to every single dang one of us.  Because leadership doesn't just mean you're in charge of a team. It's leading your family. It's in your communities.  It's how you show up with people at the grocery store or in your office or at the gym.  Every single time that your actions, your energy and your words have an impact on someone else - you're in a leadership position.
