E78 - Paul McGinley: It’s not about being the best player in the team, but being the best team player.

Paul has been a European Tour golfer now for over 25 years. Despite winning several tournaments and being a former top 20 ranked player in the world, he is best known for his performances in team competitions, especially the Ryder Cup.
