This weeks guest is David Hudyma. David has been a bartender in Toronto for the last 6 years. David has primarily worked in Cocktail bars through his career. This includes such places as the following: Project Gigglewater, Famous Last Words and the Cloak Bar as well as a few others.

David is a giant spirits nerd which led him to spend 6 months in Scotland in 2018 in order to visit distilleries and fully immerse himself in the whisky culture while there.

David is a recent graduate of the Niagara College Artisan Distilling program, and is currently employed as a Distiller at Nickel 9 Distillery in Toronto.
