With his team, he inspires entrepreneurs, executives, works councils and employees to embrace digital transformation and develops suitable programs that enable companies to get fit for digitisation at a pace that makes sense for them... The business informatics graduate is a motivator, enabler and expert all rolled into one.  He is a father of twins, a blogging music lover and a passionate speaker - he can't always hold back his hip-hop past in his talks either. He drives the topic of digitisation from a different perspective, confronting his audience with their own perseverance and deftly changing their perspective. "Digitization is not a technology - it is a change in attitude," says the man who wants to inspire organisations for digital transformation. He says companies are still hiding behind day-to-day business instead of taking an offensive approach to the topic. But digital transformation has to start in the head he says.  Christian invented an online music show during the pandemic with www.wunschwort.fm and, as a business angel, also likes to invest in good ideas. The Hanover native can credibly report from many perspectives.
