This is my ode to coaching built upon my time and experience in this sport and my actual career choice of teaching people how to move. Take from it what you will. I get what the eco bros are saying - there is a better way to teach/coach. I agree with that sentiment.....Butttt....Word Salad explanations helps no one. Understanding how people learn motor skills does help people.
