Host: Carol MacAllister Guest: Ms. Shawn Shoff Description: Ms. Shawn Shoff, Manager of Housekeeping and Laundry of WV Lakes and Manor Campuses, takes host Carol MacAllister on a tour of the enormous task of keeping Willow Valley's common spaces, gyms, pools, Club House, Cultural Center, and health care facilities clean and sanitary for our residents and staff. In addition, her staff cleans individual residences weekly, monthly, and annually. Add into this, laundry for Southern Market and you will understand why this largely invisible work goes on seven days a week.
