E92: How You Can Change Who You Are in an Instant-- Trigger Warning

from Build Your Brave Career for Women in Tech · host Nicole Trick Steinbach, Certified Coach for Women in Tech, Former Global Director, & Organizational Change Management Consultant

Trigger Warning: this episode include talk about gun violence, loss, death, and grief.Today on this special episode, I address one of the biggest misunderstandings about changing who you are (self-concept): that it has to take a long time. It doesn't. Even though most people believe that changing who you are *must* take a lot of time, the truth is that it doesn't have to. You can transform in one micro-second.Today I share how a massacre in an elementary school exactly 10 years ago led to an instantaneous transformation in my own self-concept.But you don't need a tragedy. You can allow a moment of clarity, a moment of experience, a moment of embrace, or a moment of release. You can transform a piece of who you are and you can change the entirety of who you are. It can be chosen or it can be spontaneous. And it can all happen in one instant. If this speaks to you, you are ready to be my client, build your brave, and become who you want to be in this world. Because this world needs you. All of you.  Schedule your consultation here: https://tricksteinbach.com/discovery-call/ Related Podcast: Clarity - Self-Concept https://celebratebrave.libsyn.com/clarity-self-concept-design Make sure you are on my email list for all the good stuff and be in the know at:  https://view.flodesk.com/pages/6310962f2812b898e99a9575  For more information on how you can build your brave:[email protected]://tricksteinbach.com/https://www.instagram.com/nicoletricksteinbachhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/nicoletricksteinbach/https://www.facebook.com/NicoleTrickSteinbach
