E93 Elise Sergerie

This weeks guest is Elise Sergerie who currently lives in Montreal, Quebec. Elise has worked in the industry for sixteen plus years. Elise has worked pretty much every position in the back of house and front of house. Elise eventually found her fit behind the bar as she likes to be creative every day. Elise also paints as a hobby. 

For Elise, bartending is an escape from all of life's worries. There is nothing like a ribbon of chits to block out what you might be going through at the moment and focus on the next task at hand. Being behind a bar is like a dance, moving in coordination to the rhythm of making drinks. Elise found her passion for creating around seven years ago. She was able to express her feelings through delicious cocktails and her guests who enjoyed them. Elise’s favourite thing to do is to take odd ingredients you normally would not find in a drink, and making a fun and balanced cocktail.
