He is currently the President of the Miami Orthopedic Society. He is also an active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, the American Osteopathic Association of Orthopaedics, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, and the International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery, and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine.
