I was raised in the Anglican church and my husband, Catholic. We drifted away from organized religion because we felt a disconnect between what was being taught and how the church behaved. Besides the unending scandals out of the Catholic, especially here in Canada, they always seem to give women a backseat. This is 2021 and women still aren’t permitted to become priests in the Catholic church. Where am I going with all this?
