E98: Heyday Elite Fitness w/ Eddie McKenna

This week we are continuing in our series on health and wellness and today’s guest is one half of an  incredible duo, co-owner of  Heyday Elite Fitness, Eddie McKenna. You might know him from his recent appearance as columnist for the San Pedro Today Magazine. His long time friend and business partner Ricky Magana (who you might also recognize as a previous SPT columnist) is not with us today but is well represented by Eddie. In this episode, Eddie shares his personal background, how he met  Ricky, how their friendship grew into a solid partnership that has stood the test of time (dare we say “bromance”?).  With opposite personalities they compliment each other well.  Eddie also shares his passion for crossfit training, the story of how Heyday Elite Fitness got its start and the community it has cultivated.
