Today I was joined by my good friend Noelie Poynton. Noelie is a Sergeant in the Irish Defence Forces, having served in Ireland as well as peace keeping missions overseas. He is over 13 years sober having given up the booze when he was 21. He also does a lot for the young people in the Sober communities around Ireland and abroad. Noelie talks about his journey from Childhood struggles, to Alcoholism, to getting sober while in the army.
