So how do you grow the relationship?Here a a few practical tools that can help you:Don’t project the future about the relationship, ask a question : What’s possible with this person?Be in allowance of the other, expand out and know if it’s time to do something on your own. You have to know what works for you.What if it’s not your job to take care of the other person, and you could just let go of control and allow them to say if they require anything?Judgments never take you anywhere.
