After Retiring from over 20 years of Service from the Navy, Steve Kaplan has taken the principles he learned from the Seals, to train others, and and apply them to his own business. Specifically SERVANT LEADERSHIP. Steven now runs a successful expedition tour company on Oahu called Trident adventures. Steve can be found filling the tanks, and scrubbing the boat while he demonstrates an "upside down triangle" approach to leadership.
