Notable award-winning projects include the Cary Leeds Center for Tennis & Learning, hailed by The New York Times as one of the city's best new works of public architecture, Bridge, a LEED Gold high-rise mixed-use development in Philadelphia which received an AIANY Award of Merit in Sustainability, and Tower House, selected for Architectural Record's Record Houses in 2013. GLUCK+ also designed and built The Stack, the first prefabricated steel and concrete modular residential development in New York City, which received an AIANY/BSA Housing Honor Award. Recent projects include 145 Central Park North, a new condominium development at the top of New York City's iconic Central Park and Malt House, the sensitive renovation and expansion of an early twentieth century brewery complex into a new commercial mixed-use development in the heart of Harlem. Thomas Gluck received a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Visual and Environmental Studies from Harvard College and a Master of Architecture from Yale University.
