Eagle Mount Bozeman: Therapeutic Recreation for All Ages

Outlaw Beat has emerged from the hibernation of focusing exclusively on Montana State Bobcat football and we are ready to learn all about Eagle Mount, Bozeman’s longtime nonprofit that provides therapeutic recreation for people with disabilities & young people with cancer. We’re talking skiing, horseback riding, aquatics, climbing… flying planes? Yeah we’ll get to that one. Board President Christine Baker joins us from Eagle Mount’s campus in South Bozeman that has recently added some acreage.It all started with therapeutic skiing, but these days they’re offering 2,000 experiences a year in everything from horticulture to live music to fly fishing.
