Eagles Postgame Week 1, 2019 vs. Washington

Week 1 of the Philadelphia Eagles 2019 season is now in the books! The Eagles beat the Washington football team at The Line by a score of 32-27.This game was a tale of two halves where the Eagles defense was, quite simply, awful during the first half. Doug Pederson's offense sputtered early, but they, and Carson Wentz, along with the deep threat DeSean Jackson, made adjustments at the half and scored touchdown after touchdown. At the same time the defensive line began to get more pressure in the second half on Washington's quarterback, Case Keenum, making him uncomfortable and creating a ton of disruption for their offense.This week, filling in for Len and Erik was Jeff Kerr from CBS Sports.
