Eagles Postgame, Week 13 vs. Packers
from The Philadelphia Sports Table | Philly Sports News & Views · host The Philadelphia Sports Table
Week 13 of the 2020 Philadelphia Eagles season is now in the books. The Eagles lost to the Green Bay Packers by a score of 30-16 up in Green Bay. Their record is now 3-8-1 on the season and many of us fans are already hoping for a high first-round draft pick next year.Carson Wentz was benched for Jalen Hurts in the second half of this game. While Hurts threw a touchdown pass to Greg Ward - the first of Hurts' career - he wasn't spectacular. Nothing with this Eagles team today was particularly spectacular aside from special teams. This unit finally was able to score via punt return for a touchdown by Jalen Reagor. The defense in recent games has stepped up its game, but this week they were just overmatched and were, frankly, pretty terrible. As we do after every Eagles game, we gave our takeaways, dove into the stats and gave out our position and coaching grades.
