from The Philadelphia Sports Table | Philly Sports News & Views · host The Philadelphia Sports Table

The Eagles are now 13-3 on the season, and must beat the Giants next week if they want to win the NFC East division. They’ve been slipping for sure.Gardner Minshew was absolutely horrendous in this game and helped seal the Saints win by throwing a pick-6 at a crucial moment in the 4th quarter. Why the Eagles offensive coaching didn’t utilize Miles Sanders in the run game more effectively after averaging 5.1 yards per carry in the game is beyond comprehension. This offense desperately needs Jalen Hurts back. Plus, the offensive line’s performance was not stellar either. The Eagles defense was virtually non-existent on the Saints first few drives, but then got their act together in the second half.
