We continue our series of getting to know the Mountain West foes, and this week we chat with Robby McCombs who is the site manager for Vanquish the Foe which covers BYU on the SB Nation network. The Cougars sort of have a new quarterback in Tanner Mangum getting the starting job back after backing up Taysom Hill last year. Mangum took over for Hill in the first game of 2015 after another season-ending injury.
