Earnestly Desire Spiritual Gifts

This Sunday, Pastor Josh continued the conversation on spiritual gifts, unpacking what it means to “earnestly desire” them. We believe these gifts are still active today and vital to our mission as a church. From prophecy to serving, every gift matters and plays a unique role in strengthening the Body of Christ. Scripture calls us to pursue the gifts eagerly, not for our own recognition but for the building up of others. The Holy Spirit determines the gifts, but we are called to desire them. Without love as our foundation, the very gifts meant to edify the church can become empty displays. Through it all, love remains the “more excellent way” that gives every gift its true meaning.
