This can of worms has everything: Evil the Cat, Princess what's her name, a level called Buttville, and our own space cowboy here to save the day. Let's get groovy and see how this 90's gross humor stands up on That Game Rules!  Was 1994 the best year in cinema history and was it because of Street Fighter: The Movie? Was it really Nerf or Nothin? If you couldn't out pizza the Hutt, could you Avoid the Noid? We check out a lot of 1994 goodness, including a ride on the Reading Rainbow to the local book fair!
