John 19:30 When he had received the drink, Jesus said, “It is finished.” With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit. Jesus bounced back to life so you can have life 1. Real Life comes only through Christ:   John 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; (NIV) 1 John 5:12 Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life. New life comes only through Christ: Acts 5:20   “Go, stand in the temple courts,” he said, “and tell the people all about this new life.” (NIV) Colossians 2:12 For you were buried with Christ when you were baptized. And with him you were raised to new life because you trusted the mighty power of God, who raised Christ from the dead. (NLT) 2. Jesus bounced back to life so you can have life in the Spirit Romans 8:11 The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, he will give life to your mortal bodies by this same Spirit living within you. (NLT) 2 Corinthians 3:6   He has enabled us to be ministers of his new covenant. This is a covenant not of written laws, but of the Spirit. The old written covenant ends in death; but under the new covenant, the Spirit gives life.
