Easter: When God Outsmarted Satan

On this special Easter episode of GoodTheology we take a look at Christ's death and wonder what it might be a victory for. This episode's message is provided by Father Jeremy and our scripture comes from portions of Psalm 22 (v1-2,29-31) and the Gospel of Matthew (27:45-54). It is read from the Common English Bible (CEB) translation available at: http://bit.ly/GoodTheo026 As always, please feel encouraged to email us if you have any questions regarding a message you have heard, a theological question you might have, or anything else. We're happy to try and answer them on the podcast. Please send us your questions to [email protected] or visit us online at https://goodtheology.life This week, in honor of Easter we use a different prayer than normal for our centering. This episode's prayer is: "In the name of one God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, who by dying on the Cross, conquered sin and death and all that wishes to bring us down. Amen."
