When you're on a fixed income you do not have the luxury to waste money.   In this episode I show you an easy way to save $30 a month, or more with just some basic energy efficiencies.  Change your light bulbs to LED lights. Insulate your attic. Caulk around the light fixtures. Get double-paned windows.  Use your propane grill to cook in the hot summer afternoons.  If you can, air dry your clothes.   You don't need to be a "greenie" per se to save money on your electric bill. Just some basic adjustments. None of which require a huge amount of money to implement.
