There's a bipartisan movement in Congress to get the FDA out of regulating premium cigars. Tony explains why this is a great idea that is long overdue. A North Carolina restaurant has added a 20% gratuity called a ‘Fair Wage Service Fee’ to every bill for dine-in customers. The restaurant owner sees the fee as a method to close the wage gap between staff who did not make tips and those who did. Will customers go along with this new fee? Should they? Meanwhile in Texas, a restaurant chain is offering teenagers the opportunity to earn $50,000 as an attempt to lure workers to seek gainful employment. The process involves hiring teens and training them in-house to move into management. Will this be the new way business hire people?
