Today we are proud to debut the first episode of our podcast, Eat It Up!  This is something I’ve wanted to do for years and I think our first episode came out really well.  Our producer Tom put a lot of work into the quality of the audio to make sure that we sounded as professional as possible.  We also couldn’t have asked for a better first guest; Christa is not only one of the most important people in Buffalo’s restaurant/food scene but she’s also a great person to talk to about food and our conversation could have went on for well over an hour.
