Last week we wrote a post about Bistro Europa’s “The Velvet Hammer” and how Steve and his wife Ellen nearly killed us with several courses of delicious food. It was a long over due re-visit to a restaurant that is considered one of the best in the city. Bistro Europa has received national attention and in May were voted WNY’s #2 Favorite Restaurant (yes, I was on panel).
