Eat It Up #39: Julia Burke

I just recently met Julia earlier this year, but I’ve been following her work on Buffalo Spree for a while. Over the last two years, she’s become one of Buffalo’s go to Wine/Beer experts. What started as a love of craft beer in Portland has progressed to time spent making wine in South Africa and the role of Beer Editor (awesome title) for NY Cork Report. She also happens to be a big foodie and has written some of my favorite articles/reviews for Buffalo Spree.
