Eat It Up #51: Buffalo Soup-fest

A couple weeks ago we had Buffalo Soupfest founder Matt Carlucci and event promoter Keith Wilson over to the Buffalo Eats studio to talk about the controlled chaos that goes on when planning one of Buffalo’s hottest events. This year the event will change it’s venue and take place at the Heartstone Manor, will feature over 24 local restaurants and will have a “beer soup contest” featuring various Southern Tier beers. Matt and Keith talk about those new features (and more!) for this years event, how the idea for a “soupfest” came to be and how surprised they were with the popularity of Soupfest 2011.
