Today on the podcast we have the always busy Chef Marco Sciortino. Aside from being the owner of Marco’s Fine Italian Dining (which he opened at 21), Marco also owns three Marco Deli locations (a fourth opening in April), hosts the public TV show Come Dine With Me and is a spokesman for Sorrento Lactalis. Somehow we found some free time in his schedule and invited him to come down to the studio. We talked about his start in the cooking world, how he balances his busy schedule, cooking for an audience and what else he has planned for the future.
