Today on the podcast we have Tony Rials, the Bar Manager from Mike A’s Lounge in the Hotel Lafayette. Since the restaurant and lounge opened last year, Tony has been serving some of the best cocktails in Buffalo. He’s one of Buffalo’s true “Bar Chefs”, taking lessons he’s learned over the years from the kitchen and utilizing his impressive knowledge of wine and spirits.
