This week on the podcast we are talking to the very talented Toronto based food writer Ivy Knight. She’s the editor in chief of Swallow (a food/booze/pop culture blog that she started in 2012), the host of 86’ed at the Drake Hotel every Monday, a freelance writer for various publications and currently is writing two cookbooks that will be released in Fall 2014. While she was in town judging Nickel City Chef XXIII, she stopped by the Buffalo Eats studio to record a quick podcast.
