Eat It Up #70: Vicky Parker

This week we have a shorter podcast but it’s still a fun one. Tommy and I drove to South Buffalo a couple weeks ago and talked to Vicky Parker, co-owner of the English Pork Pie Company. Vicky and her husband Damien run the award winning pie shop and in recent years have won ‘Best Pie Shop in the World” awards from The Guardian. They’ve moved and expanded three times since opening the shop in 2009, but they are happy with their current location and plan to fill out their large factory.
