This week on the podcast we are talking to Chef Carmelo Raimondi, the head Chef/Owner of Lewiston’s Carmelo’s Ristorante. Last month Tommy and I made the drive up to Lewiston to record the podcast in the dining room on Carmelo’s actual birthday. We talked about taking over his Dad’s restaurant as young kid, growing up in the restaurant world, how he fell in love with quality local ingredients and Lewiston’s restaurant scene.
