Eat It Up #81: Chef Calvin H. College

This week on the podcast we have Chef Calvin H College, the Executive Chef from Savor Restaurant located at the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute. We met Calvin at the Taste of Culinary event at the Lafayette Hotel a couple months ago, we were really impressed with the quality of food coming from the schools and private institutions. After reading about the impressive things happening at the school and restaurants, we knew we had to invite Calvin to the podcast studio. We talked about his start in the cooking world, working in country clubs, going to culinary school,  the school’s place in reviving Niagara Falls culinary scene and the fun he has with the Chef’s table in Savor.
