Voor de vijfde keer op rij laat de ECB de beleidsrente onveranderd op 4 procent staan. Naar verwachting wordt de rente in juni wel verlaagd. De wereldeconomie groeide iets harder, zegt het IMF. Dit doordat de Amerikaanse economie en die van veel opkomende markten weer wat verbeterden. De bouwproductie krimpt dit jaar met 2,5 procent, becijferde ING.
