Solomon comes to old age considering the fullness of life, or emptiness of it. Ecclesiastes is a reflective philosophical work demonstrating the conventional wisdom of Solomon at work. The first two chapters introduce a grand intellectual exercise to consider all worldviews and weigh them for the best approach to life.
