Ian will be part of an upcoming event at Dancing Bear Appalachian Bistro, where he will display his fine art alongside Grammy-nominated musician Daniel Kimbro. The event, “Echoes of Appalachia,” includes a multi-course Appalachian dinner by Chef Jeff Carter and wine pairings by sommelier Michelle LaBorde. It will take place Jan. 22 at Dancing Bear Appalachian Bistro in Townsend. The evening is a celebration of craft, creativity and community. Charity and Ian Rutter are two people in East Tennessee who strive to advocate for the streams, rivers and wildlife that depend on healthy waterways and estuaries—resources on which we all rely.
