ECLECTIC MARTIAL ARTIST!!! Shaun Boland RIP

Shaun Boland, a renowned martial artist talks to Andrew Staton, and takes us on an enlightening journey into the philosophies and martial arts that shaped his life. Shaun was Chao Phraya Muay Thai academy's chief instructor and founder in Cambridgeshire & Lincolnshire. He has been training in the martial arts since 1973 competing in boxing, judo, Tang soo do and San Shao full contact during those years. His passion was Muay Thai, and Thailand and its culture was his focus of research. He has written for Combat magazine and Fighters. His new passion is Fashan Wing Chun. Unfortunately Shaun Boland sadly passed on 2nd November 2025. He is already greatly missed, our memory of him and his reputation endure.
