Before we begin our interview with Isaac, I take you along a short journey with myself and Victor Balanco as we run in the final chase of the Chase the Coyote Trail Race by our great friends at Gotta Run Racing! (check out their podcast - here) in the beautiful Mono Cliffs Provincial Park. Isaac recently ran over 230 km with an altitude equivalent to Everest all in the name of helping people suffering with mental health issues.
