Daniel Goleman, Ph.D., is a co-founder of the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning at the University of Illinois, and co-director of the Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations at Rutgers University. Greg Norris, Ph.D., founded and is executive director of New Earth and Visiting Professor with the Applied Sustainability Center at the University of Arkansas.
