This document explains how to use the ECOMP system for managing workers' compensation cases. **Users must complete multi-factor authentication to access the dashboard**, which includes sections for viewing cases, managing draft forms, and responding to action items. **Overdue items are flagged with a red alert icon.** The system also allows users to update their account information, but **these changes only apply within ECOMP, not the OWCP case file.** To update OWCP information, users must submit a signed document.
