Jenn and Joe continue their coverage of Gein-inspired films with one of horror’s most influential texts: Alfred Hitchcock’s modern masterpiece, Psycho.  Premiering just over two years after news of Ed Gein’s horrendous crimes, Hitchcock based his stunning film on Robert Bloch’s 1959 novel which puts a handsome face on the notorious Butcher of Plainfield.
