A fase passou, mas se tem um cara que aproveitou muito bem foi o Paulo Gaudio. E aproveitou pra fazer o que ele queria e gosta: fazer comida e beber vinho... e quem não gosta? Ele estudou, virou chef, abriu um restaurante, voltou para a sala de aula pra ensinar gastronomia. Mas não era o bastante... Estudou mais, dessa vez sobre vinhos, e virou somelier. E foi além... resolveu produzir seu próprio rótulo. E a Vinícula Gaudio começou em plena pandemia, em uma área especial lá em Santa Catarina.
