With the 2026 Winter Olympics drawing to a close, get ready for an extra dose of inspiration as Jaby Koay and Michael Boose dive into their very first viewing of the feel-good sports drama, Eddie the Eagle. The duo witnesses the incredible true story of Michael "Eddie" Edwards, the underdog British ski jumper who won the world's heart at the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics. Will Eddie’s unwavering optimism win over Jaby? Can they handle the high-stakes tension of the 90-meter jump? From the nostalgic 80s aesthetic to the undeniable chemistry between Taron Egerton and Hugh Jackman, this reaction captures every laugh, gasp, and cheer. The film was brought to life under the direction of Dexter Fletcher (Rocketman, Sunshine on Leith, The Offer), who captured the perfect balance of humor and heart. Leading the cast is Taron Egerton (Kingsman: The Secret Service, Rocketman, Black Bird) as the lovable and determined Eddie Edwards, delivering a transformative performance. He is joined by the legendary Hugh Jackman (Deadpool & Wolverine, Logan, X-Men: Days of Future Past) playing the fictional, hard-drinking coach Bronson Peary. The supporting cast includes veteran actor Christopher Walken (The Deer Hunter, Catch Me If You Can, Seven Psychopaths) as the stern mentor Warren Sharp, Keith Allen (The Others, Kingsman: The Golden Circle, Shallow Grave) as Terry Edwards, and Jo Hartley (This Is England, After Life, Bank of Dave) as Eddie’s supportive mother, Janette Edwards. ____________________ Edit by CineJump TeamThumbnail by Praper Media www.CineJump.comwww.PraperMedia.com ___________________________________________________ SOCIAL MEDIA:~CINEPALS~YouTube: @CinePalsInsta: https://instagram.com/TheCinePalsTwitter: https://twitter.com/TheCinePals ~JABY KOAY~Twitter & Instagram: @JabyKoay ~ACHARA~YouTube: @AcharaInstagram: ‪@Acharakirk‬ ~KRISTEN STEPHENSONPINO~Instagram: @Kris10Kesp ~MICHAEL BOOSE~Instagram: @BooseIsLoose ~VIVIAN DAY~Instagram: @DarlingVivling ~BRANDON SHEALY~Instagram: @im_brandonshealy ~ASHLEIGH MORGHAN~Instagram: @AshleighMorghan___________________________________________________ SHORT FILMS PLAYLIST:https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL34B19BA788E18384 Click here to subscribe and know when the next video drops:http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=jabykoay Thanks for watching!!!
