EDEN RESEARCH PLC - Preliminary results for the fifteen months ended 31 March 2026

Eden Research PLC reported continued commercial and regulatory progress in its 2026 preliminary results, with revenue of £4.9 million for the 15 months ended 31 March 2026 and a successful £10.8 million fundraise strengthening its balance sheet. Growth is being driven by expanded regulatory approvals for Mevalone, progress towards full European approval of Ecovelex, new distribution partnerships and development of its INO20 insecticide and next-generation fungicides. Management reiterated its £6.1 million FY27 revenue forecast and expects strong growth thereafter as regulatory approvals expand the addressable market and support increased commercialisation across Europe, the US and other international markets.
