Edgar Lungu: Supreme Court of Appeal set aside Gauteng High Court in Pretoria judgment

The Supreme Court of Appeal has set aside the August 2025 Gauteng High Court in Pretoria judgment that found that the Zambian government is entitled to repatriate the remains of the late former Zambian President Edgar Lungu, for the purposes of a State funeral and burial.
