How do you decide if something should stay in your podcast episode? For when I listen to the question I asked, I look for: 1. When did their response start to actually answer the question I asked.  2. Is it a good answer? Does it deliver value? Many times the audience doesn't need to hear the back story. You can edit it out and just leave the part  Don't Forget to Ask a Question?
