Jacobson has a private practice and is the co-founder of a company called Education Empowered, a company focused on helping individuals and families of invisable disabilities with 504 plans and IEPs. How the role of The Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints affect parents preventing kids from getting the care they need. 3.
